Represented North American and UK insurance markets
over 7 policy periods and multiple layers and successfully
resolved an underwriting and coverage dispute with the
insured arising from the alleged subsidence of a major
facility in the North of England.

Following investigation of our clients' concerns about the
underwriting of the risk and coverage, proceedings were issued
in the London Commercial Court. The insured issued separate
proceedings in both the Florida State and Federal courts.
Our clients successfully obtained an anti-suit injunction and successfully
resisted the insured's application for a stay of the English
proceedings. Successful repudiation of coverage was achieved.
