Darren Thompson primarily deals with professional indemnity and product liability cases. He has particular expertise in handling medical products liability cases for which his Master of Science degree in Microbiology gives him a distinct advantage. Currently he is acting for manufacturers and their insurers in defence of claims arising from the alleged transmission of CJD.
